THE RULES
· A "Blogette" is defined as
a personal Web site that provides entries of interest to females
· The Blogette's content may include
(but are not limited to): updated headlines, journal entries, commentaries and
recommendations compiled by the user
· You do not have to be a female to
enter a Blogette in the competition or vote, but the Blogette must be oriented
towards female readership
· The contest is open to any Web sites
that are maintained through the end of the contest, so Web sites that are
discontinued before the announcement of the Award are not eligible.
· All entrants will be reviewed and
accepted at the discretion of moderators at KaysBargains.com.
· These rules are subject to change at
any time. Any changes will be posted on
KaysBargains.com.
THE PROCEDURE
Entrants

· There is no limit to how many Web
sites one person enters.
· Entries must be accompanied with a
URL, to be included in the Entry Form.
Voters
· Be selective of the Web sites you
read and bookmark, because you must...
· Vote wisely! Only one (1) vote may be
submitted per person through the "Blogette Ballot" posted at
KaysBargains.com
· The moderators at KaysBargains.com
are alerted of suspicious ballots, thus such ballots will be excluded from the
final votes if deemed irregular or illegitimately placed.
